Sign on bonus: $7,500 What you´ll do Follows all Henkel safety standards and safe work practices, including PPE use, LOTO procedures, and electrical safety requirements. Serves as a secondary escalation point for mechanics, independently troubleshooting and leading repairs on batching processes and facility systems (boilers, chillers, HVAC, compressed air, RO, wastewater). Installs and executes work on electro‑mechanical systems up to 480V, using hand and power tools for equipment disassembly, diagnostics, repair, and light fabrication. Completes preventative maintenance tasks with thorough documentation in CMMS, generating follow‑up work orders and parts requests as needed. Performs mechanical and electrical PMs on safety equipment in hazardous areas and supports compliance tasks (wastewater, RO operations, mechanical integrity inspections). Supports emergency response, including site evacuations, and acts as the electrical distribution expert during emergencies (e.g., switchgear shutdown). Operates PITs, scissor lifts, and supports confined space entry after training; works with contractors, sets up complex equipment, executes engineering tasks, identifies process improvements, and performs other assigned duties, including OT as needed.
