Electrician Supervisor

You will oversee daily electrical maintenance operations, ensuring all systems function safely and efficiently at all times. You will maintain effective communication with Maintenance Manager and assign tasks to the team, ensuring all activities follow safety procedures and hotel standards. You will be responsible for supervising troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, ensuring tools and equipment are used and maintained properly, and supporting a safe and reliable environment for guests and colleagues.

• Must have relevant technical/vocational training in electrical or engineering field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel engineering, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documents.
• Good leadership and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance practices.
