Your New Role

This position is based out of Fort Wayne, IN, and covers job sites across Northeast Indiana. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and coordinating daily tasks for electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors

  • Maintaining project schedules and ensuring productivity and high-quality work

  • Interpreting electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation

  • Managing tools, materials, and equipment to keep work running efficiently

  • Installing, testing, and troubleshooting various electrical systems

  • Upholding safety standards in compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company protocols

  • Leading daily safety meetings and conducting job hazard assessments

  • Completing accurate reports, timecards, and material tracking logs

  • Attending project meetings and coordinating with other trades and inspectors

  • Operating and overseeing safe use of lifts, trenchers, and trade tools
