Electrical Engineer (UAE national)
Minium 2 -5 Years of experience in electrical design
We are seeking a talented and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for reviewing design documents, materials and overseeing low voltage electrical systems for a metro project.
- Review design and materials submittals for low voltage systems
- Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications
- Create and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
- Conduct research and analysis of customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and activities as related to electrical systems
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, designs, and plans to internal teams and clients
- Troubleshoot, test, and analyse the performance of electrical components, assemblies, and systems
What do we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Demonstrated ability in multi-disciplinary design and coordination
- Strong skills in producing technical drawings, schedules, and calculations
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical systems from both technical and design perspectives
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to find innovative solutions to engineering challenges
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach to work
- Experience in project management and budget control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
