This position reports to:
Marketing & Sales Manager__
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to plan and implement proactive promotional activities for the assigned target audience to create market demand and need for specific features or products. Each day, you will identify and develop sales opportunities by introducing, presenting, and educating the target audience about ABB products and tools. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships.
The work model for the role is: Onsite
This role is contributing to the HKABB-ELSP&SB M&S in Hong Kong. Main stakeholders are HKABB-EL.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Supporting the team for the technical submission, product application, technical query handling.
Implementing proactive promotional activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations, seminars, educational material, and technical development of projects and solutions for the customer target group.
Creating plans for target audience visits and conducting regular status reviews, including analyzing and deriving the insights and output of the visits.
Support for the product quality & related record & reporting issue, troubleshooting & provide the advice/solution for customer to fixing the product application related issue.
Establishing and maintaining effective long-term relationships with target group customers to understand their needs and to ensure they are well-informed of the ABB product, systems, services offering, features, and benefits.
Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques.
Qualifications for the role
You are highly skilled in Low Voltage Electrical distribution & protection product & solution .
Working as Engineer/other related Technical role with 5 years’ experience in Electrical distribution & protection solution / industry
Degree or relevant cert/diploma with rich experience in electrical, building service are preferrable.
Familiar with the HK & Macau Local electrical market & work practice,
You are passionate about problem solving and make it works.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of electrical knowledge, MS office, CRM, AutoCAD.
Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) is an advantage.
You are at ease communicating in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
