EIC Apprentice - Capital Markets
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to build relationships and collaborate effectively
- Stay updated with industry trends, news, and commercial real estate (CRE) terminology
- Support the team with creative and out-of-the-box ideas to achieve business goals
- Handle client requirements and assist in aligning them with suitable solutions
- Conduct market research and gather on-ground insights
- Maintain and update databases of developers, investors, and key market contacts
- Graduates from Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Business, or related disciplines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in real estate, markets, and client-facing roles
- Good analytical and research skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- A proactive, adaptable, and learning-oriented mindset
