ABOUT THE POSITION

Ecommerce Operations Specialist at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.

Your Role: You will be the main executor behind all ecommerce launches and ongoing store operations across BURGA’s Shopify ecosystem. Working from clearly documented processes, you will ensure that every collection, sale, product, and localization launch is executed accurately and on time across 20+ stores. Your work will directly enable Ecommerce Managers to shift focus from execution to strategy, testing, and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Execute collection, product, sale, and localization launches across all BURGA Shopify stores following defined processes

- Replicate features, updates, and changes across multiple stores based on provided examples

- Maintain and update store content (banners, navigation, upsells, metaobjects, and more)

- Build and update pages using no-code tools like Replo

- Configure and manage Shopify apps (Klaviyo, Okendo, Fairing, etc.) as part of launch workflows

- Ensure all scheduled content (hero banners, message bars, countdown timers) goes live accurately and on time

- Identify errors, inconsistencies, or blockers early and communicate them proactively

- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure smooth launch execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital, or a similar hands-on web role

- Hands-on experience with Shopify, multi-store environments, and basic HTML/CSS

- Strong Excel skills (bulk updates, data handling)

- Experience with at least one no-code page builder (Replo, PageFly, Instant, etc.)

- Proven ability to execute multi-step launches or large-scale content updates with high accuracy

- Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo or Okendo, basic SEO knowledge, and practical use of AI tools (all a plus)

- Strong attention to detail and high ownership mindset

- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive communication and willingness to self-correct when needed

SALARY: 2000-2500 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
