Ecommerce Operations Executive (Johor Bahru)
Responsibilities:
- Support the growth and performance of the online store with monthly KPIs
- Assist the e-commerce operations team to edit and upload products to hit online sales target
- Assit the e-commerce operations team in fulfilling online orders
- Work closely with marketing team to ensure online SOPs are running smoothly
- Provide customers support through channels, including but not limited to email and social media
- Responding to customer enquiries within an agreed response time
- Record feedback meticulously and make prompt escalations to relevant teams
- Diploma/degree in the related field
- Experience with Warehouse Management (preferred)
- Good command of English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented, organised and has good time management
- Able to work independently and display strong initiatives
- Able to commute office located in Johor Bahru (Johor Bahru City Square)
- Working hours from 9:30am - 5:30pm | Monday to Friday - Work From Office
