The eCommerce Manager exists to maximize Bobobox’s digital presence and revenue across all electronic distribution channels. This role is critical for ensuring that pricing strategies are executed flawlessly and that distribution reach is optimized to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets. By bridging the gap between revenue strategy and channel execution, this position ensures Bobobox remains competitive and accessible in the digital marketplace.

What you will do:

  • Lead and mentor the distribution and pricing team to ensure high performance, alignment with company growth objectives, and a strong commitment to achieving revenue targets.

  • Direct the team in managing all OTA channels and digital platforms to maximize inventory visibility and property reach.

  • Lead the implementation of dynamic pricing models and ensure the team maintains absolute price parity across all electronic touchpoints.

  • Drive the team to monitor daily production and channel costs, translating data into actionable tactics to hit monthly targets.

  • Oversee the team's management of extranets and channel managers to ensure 100% accuracy in inventory availability and property content

  • Rapidly adapting pricing and distribution tactics to counter sudden shifts in market demand or aggressive competitor pricing.

  • Managing disparate extranet systems and ensuring seamless synchronization with the central Property Management System (PMS) to avoid overbookings.

  • Maintaining a high level of resilience and agility to hit stretch revenue targets in a high-growth environment.

  • Independent authority to adjust daily inventory allotments and basic promotional triggers within pre-approved budget margins.

  • Full autonomy over the creative and descriptive content updated on OTA profiles.

  • Must seek alignment with the Senior Revenue Manager for major structural price changes, new channel partnerships, or high-budget marketing spends.

You will fit in this job if you:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce or Revenue Management, specifically within the hospitality or travel tech industry.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in leading a team.

  • Proficiency in OTA extranets, Channel Managers (SiteMinder), rate shopping and RMS, and advanced spreadsheet modeling.

  • Strong analytical mindset

  • Possess a "can-do" attitude toward hitting targets

  • Able to work collaboratively and efficiently under tight deadlines.
