What you need to know about this position:

The Key Account Manager – E-commerce is responsible for managing and growing relationships with online retail partners (e.g. Amazon, Talabat, Breadfast). The role focuses on driving sales, optimizing digital shelf presence, and executing online commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Account Management • Own and develop relationships with key e-commerce partners • Negotiate annual agreements, trading terms, and promotional plans • Ensure alignment on joint business plans (JBP)
  • Sales & Revenue Growth • Deliver sales targets (revenue, volume, market share) • Identify growth opportunities (assortment expansion, pricing, bundles) • Manage P&L for each account
  • Data & Analytics • Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion, and shopper behavior • Use platform dashboards and tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central) • Translate insights into actionable growth plans
  • Cross-Functional Coordination • Work with marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teams • Ensure product availability and smooth order fulfillment • Align on launches, pricing, and media strategy

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business/ Marketing.

Job specific requirements:

  • 3–7 years in sales, preferably in FMCG’s or retail.
  • Experience managing e-commerce accounts is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial & negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset (Excel, dashboards, data interpretation).
  • Understanding of e-commerce dynamics (algorithms, search, content).
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
