Job Description:

Executes the continuous improvement strategy and approach by translating business objectives into actionable projects. Engages with other departments to sustain, improve, and streamline all processes with a primary focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost. As part of the Continuous Improvement Team, coordinates change agents and team members on project tasks.

Exhibits an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity and resourcefulness. Considered an internal expert in their functional area of expertise. Works on issues that impact design/selling success or addresses future concepts. Acts independently with a wide range of latitude to determine objectives and approaches to critical projects and/or programs. Typically requires a degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience.
