East Region Sales Manager - Convenience Channel

Position Summary: We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager – Convenience Channel East to help us expand our footprint, grow our brands, and deliver delight across the Convenience channel. This role is ideal for a data-focused sales leader who leads with curiosity, collaboration, and creativity - building strong relationships internally and partnering externally with distributors and customers to develop win-win solutions. You’ll play a key role in growing our Convenience business, bringing innovation to life, and delivering results that enable our next century of growth. How You’ll Impact Results: · Develop and execute regional sales strategies that drive sales, share, and profit growth in alignment with national Convenience goals. · Lead key account relationships through business reviews, planogram evaluations, and solution-based presentations. · Accelerate innovation and distribution expansion by securing new items and maximizing speed-to-market. · Partner with and hold brokers accountable for distribution, in-store execution, and promotional excellence. · Plan and evaluate trade promotions to ensure ROI, profitability, and impactful execution. · Use syndicated and POS data (Incorta, Vistex, Salesforce) to identify opportunities, close voids, and measure success. · Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Innovation to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
