The salary range for this position is $67,000 - $70,300 The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity. What the day will look like Working closely with the Account Executive(s) to understand clients business and support their insurance program and project placements; Establishing account specific service plans and delivery approaches which support coverage solutions and provide continued opportunity for Aon product /service exposure; Coordinating client information with Broking Teams to initiate renewal process; Managing the client renewal process and collaborating with all members of the client team on marketing requirements, deadlines and deliverables; Identifying specific client risk exposure and developing and presenting innovative coverage solutions in support of existing and new business growth; Working on project specific insurance requirements for placement of the necessary coverages; Receiving and processing client requests and reviewing documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals or cancellations Receiving policy contracts from the Broking Team, conducting a preliminary review to ensure apparent client needs have been met; Preparing client service summaries, program reports and client survey information for review by Service Team Management; Reviewing endorsements, cover notes and certificates of insurance to maintain accuracy and promote efficiency in file management and client deliverables; Working through Aon’s internal systems to support the coordination of client files. Skills and experience that will lead to success Our ideal candidate brings some commercial risk experience. They will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a broad range of audiences. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Insurance, Arts or a relevant field; A self-motivated professional with a client-first mindset; Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment; A problem-solver who can develop innovative solutions to meet client needs; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written; Client focused with proven relationship building skills.
