Date Posted: Mar 11, 2026   Brief Description: Lead the EAF Crew to safely operate and maintain the EAF   Responsibilities:
  • Drive crew towards World Class safety performance
  • Responsible and accountable for shift operational and maintenance activities on the EAF/support equipment
  • Tap and inspect furnace
  • Make decisions on the condition of the EAF to maintain the safety and productivity of the crew
  • Lead and assist other EAF crew members as needed
  • Any other duties assigned by supervision or management
  Qualifications:  Required
  • Excellent safety and attendance record
  • Must know and be able to perform all jobs on the EAF
  • Respirator required position
  • Must have proven leadership skills
  • Prior Melt Shop (preferred) or Caster experience
