About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer. This is a high-impact role which requires a highly organized, detail oriented, proactive, and resourceful professional who can act as a true partner and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting C-Suite or senior finance executives, with a proven ability to manage complex calendars, competing priorities, confidential information, and high-stakes interactions with investors, board members, and senior stakeholders. The Role

Own a complex, fast-moving calendar with heavy internal/external stakeholder volume, prioritizing time like a business operator across multiple time zones

Anticipate conflicts, dependencies and time sensitive windows - actively resolving scheduling challenges with minimal guidance

Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics with precision (including visas, multi-leg itineraries, last-minute pivots)

Prepare and submit expense reports and budget tracking for the office of the CFO

Coordinate logistics for board meetings, finance meetings, and investor briefings

Support the preparation and formatting of board packs, investor decks and executive presentations in partnership with finance, legal and other internal stakeholders

Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

Act as central coordination point for the CFO’s direct reports and the broader finance function ensuring communication flows efficiently

Prepare agendas, take notes and track action items for recurring and ad hoc meetings

Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to streamline departmental workflow and cross-functional communications

Executive presence and confidence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft polished correspondence independently

Qualifications

10+ years of experience supporting C-Suite executives - CFO/Finance experience preferred

Background in technology, financial services or high growth companies a strong plus

Proven ability to manage complex calendars, international travel logistics and high volume stakeholder interactions

Advance proficiency in Google Workspace; comfortable with tools such as Slack and Teams

Outstanding attention to detail and a high degree of personal accountabilit

The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. Nscale may offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.
Salary Range
$100,000 - $145,000 USD
