A little about this position:

• Maintains and oversees the day-to-day operations of Mammoth Mountain Online store (Mammothmountainstore.com). 
• This role works directly with buying, marketing, and creative roles to ensure a consistent guest experience at MammothMountainStore.com. 
• This role simultaneously supports order fulfillment, Shopify administration, and supervises seasonal fulfillment team member. 
• The role will have an uptick in fulfillment of orders during holiday season and is responsible for all email communication with guests via [email protected].
• The individual in this role will work in Shopify platform to analyze sales data and manage the collections for best guest engagement and sales results. 
• The role will also interact with Alterra Mountain Co. Resorts to share best practices or lead new initiatives for Alterra Resorts E-commerce. 
• The E-commerce Supervisor is responsible for partnering with the DC Manager to implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directives in the absence of the Director of Retail Administration.

Requirements: 

• Communication: Ability to effectively communicate and present information in writing and verbally across all levels of the organization.
• Organization: Ability to proactively prioritize needs and effectively manage time and resources to be able to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Critical Thinking: Ability to problem solve and work with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office Suite and Shopify platforms
• Travel possibility: Yes. (Due to the remote location, airports are not open year-round, and employee may need to commute to nearest major airport via vehicle up to 300 miles to Los Angeles or Reno, NV).
• Must have a valid California driver’s license with no major moving violations in the last three (3) years.
