E-Commerce Marketing Specialist
We are looking for an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to help grow our Canada based client’s
innovative retail business. Our client supports over 100 local food producers and operates both
a physical retail location and an expanding online store. After several years of strong growth,
they are now focused on expanding our e-commerce reach beyond their local market and
driving targeted online sales nationally and internationally.
We’re looking for someone who understands performance-driven marketing. The right candidate
will know how to carefully target audiences, optimise ad campaigns, and turn traffic into
conversions.
This role will begin part-time during an initial vetting period, with the opportunity to transition into
a long-term full-time position for the right person.
Responsibilities
● Plan, build, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Google, etc.)
● Develop highly targeted campaigns to drive both:
○ Local foot traffic to the retail store
○ National and international e-commerce sales
● Analyse ad performance and continuously optimise for conversions and ROI
● Work with Shopify collections and product structures to support automated ad campaigns
● Support SEO improvements and website optimisation
● Collaborate with internal team members to identify promotions, featured products, and campaigns
● Test new strategies and marketing channels to diversify customer acquisition
