E-Commerce Growth Specialist

Job Summary:
The E-commerce Growth Specialist will optimize digital storefronts, execute marketing campaigns and directly impact revenue growth. If you love fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects and seeing your work translate into real results, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Own & Optimize Shopify Stores
- Manage and update 100+ Shopify storefronts
- Refresh product listings, collections, and homepage features
- Align shops with seasonal campaigns and client initiatives
- Curate product assortments for events and programs
- Keep storefronts fresh, engaging, and conversion-focused
Drive Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Launch promotions, product spotlights, and seasonal campaigns
- Execute email marketing campaigns (segmentation, targeting, sends)
- Partner with sales to support revenue opportunities
- Support initiatives that increase engagement and repeat purchases
- Jump in on fast-moving opportunities that require quick shop updates
Analyze Performance & Improve Results
- Track shop and campaign performance (revenue, orders, engagement)
- Identify opportunities to improve conversions and user experience
- Turn insights into actionable merchandising and marketing updates
- Collaborate with Brand Advisors to grow shop adoption
- Share performance insights and recommendations
What We Require:
- 2+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Experience with Shopify (strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills
