Responsibilities
- Achievement of sales targets (60%)
- Travel as needed to meet customers and develop relationships with key contacts (10%)
- Train and develop account managers to constantly improve and become consultative sales professionals (20%)
- Monitor and leverage data to improve sales performance (5%)
- Ensure account managers are assigned to the right accounts and workloads are distributed properly (5%)
