THE POSITION

We’re searching for an enthusiastic independent Duty Manager, who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and an international team.

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during your shift. You will oversee the work of the front desk and food and beverage teams, and ensure that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be able to work well under pressure. If you are passionate about hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
At Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside, we have 438 rooms and 2 meeting rooms on the 1st floor. Our restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, is located on the ground floor of the hotel and has 45 covers. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our regular guests as well as for our groups. To enhance guest experience, we work closely together with local suppliers from Amsterdam Noord.
