DU Coordinator, Operations | Full Time

▪ Serves as a point of contact for room bookings, reservations, and scheduling for DU participants.
▪ Supports DU CSMs with administrative and operational tasks as required.
▪ Communicates effectively with internal and external clients to coordinate participant needs and resolve issues.
▪ Tracks project progress, identifies obstacles, and escalates issues as needed.
▪ Coordinates logistics related to DU participant sessions, including setup and on-site support where required for smaller programs as required.
▪ Complies with all applicable provincial/local policies and procedures.
▪ Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
▪ Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
▪ Participates in regular safety meetings, safety training, and hazard assessments.
▪ Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
▪ May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
You are a dynamic and reliable person; you have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.
During your mandate, you will be asked to serve as the point of contact for reservations, equipment, catering and other such services, communicate with internal and external clients, perform administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, developing agendas and preparing progress reports. You will also be responsible for coordinating logistics, installation and dismantling, and on-site problem solving. You will be responsible for planning the day-to-day coordination of projects, including the preparation and maintenance of project plans, budgets and staffing requirements, monitoring progress and identifying/resolving obstacles, participating in training programs (classroom and virtual) as required.
You will be required to comply with all applicable state/local policies and procedures, company safety and risk management policies and procedures. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedure, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and risk assessments. You will be required to report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. May perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required. Minimum of 2 years’ experience is requested.
