DTC Acquisition Manager

As the DTC Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing acquisition strategies that drive traffic, increase customer acquisition, conversion, and maximize ROI. Your role is critical in growing our customer base through paid media, partnerships, SEM, affiliate marketing, and other digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of performance marketing, consumer behavior, and the DTC landscape, especially within CPG.

  • Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in DTC customer acquisition. Previous experience in the CPG coffee category is highly preferred; experience with CPG functional foods or beverage brands will also be considered.
  • Proven track record of scaling paid media and managing acquisition budgets to drive strong ROI.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) and optimization (A/B testing, CRO) using tools like (Optimizely or Google Optimize).
  • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Merchant Center for product listings, ensuring integration with paid search campaigns to maximize visibility and conversions.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with omnichannel or multi-platform campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the DTC space and consumer brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus but not required.
