About the Role
Key Accountabilities
· You will be responsible for the user experience and user interface design across key programmes in the Customer Value Stream (currently D1 and Edge365)
· Play an active design role working with front end developers and tech leads to ensure designs are realistic. Create new and adjust existing Figma designs to ensure technical viability and commercial value for the dev teams to deliver.
· Collaborate with product & solution owners to shape the experience vision and align designs with business objectives
· Leverage all the data available to inform your designs and recommendations
· Ensure you are externally curious – research what our peers/competitors are doing, benchmark, best practise, external data that helps ensure our decisions and designs are based on data and facts – not just opinion.
· Lead the small team as a manager (manage priorities, oversee quality, ensure they are working to correct standards)
· If the demand grows, you'll be expected to interview and hire another team member.
· Work in an agile methodology to meet sprint deadlines.
· Use Figma and ensure it’s maintained to a high standard, clean and able to navigate through.
· Upskill on Quantum Metrics, Google Analytics, firebase and other tools to be able to effectively use for insights.
· Use all data sources available to analysie qualitative and quantitive data to idendify user needs, behaviour patterns and pain points - NPS, Metrics (PBI), Advantage Group Survey to create reports, insights and recommendations per market.
· Log in "as a user" to follow journeys to best provide recommendations on how the business or team members can improve the experience of our tools.
· Organise, coordinate and run "Voice of the Customer/User" panels with end users/customers. Leverage different tools for a mix of formats (face to face interviews, group interviews, anonymous surveys, usability tests, contextual inquiries)
· Ensure the methodology and post panel write up is clear and of a high enough standard to be presented to leadership and the business.
· Familiarity with Apple’s HIG for intuitive design. https://developer.apple.com/design/human-interface-guidelines (iOS)
· Experience in Adaptive Design to design for different screen sizes (iPhone, iPad) and orientations while maintaining consistent usability (iOS)
· Experience in GA4/Adobe analytics to track traffic volume, drop-offs on the websites and basic SEO (Web)
· Familiarity with Design Thinking for designing frictionless CX journeys and CX metrics like NPS,CSAT etc. (Web)
· Familiarity with WCAG guidelines for accessibility control https://www.w3.org/WAI/standards-guidelines/wcag/ (iOS/Web)
· Familiarity with AI tools for rapid prototyping and wireframing.
Qualifications and experience required
· 5+ years proven experience
· Customer Centricity
· Fluent Business English
· Proven experience in a multinational environment across
· Proven experience delivering digital and marketing products
· Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
· Excellent organisational capabilities and autonomy
· Proven experience with designing on Salesforce, Figma, Quantum Metrics (or similar tools), Google Analytics.
· Demonstrated product management and agile methodology experience
· Demonstrated capability to build and maintain good business relationships
· Excellent pan cultural impact and influencing skills
· Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development.
· Agile mindset, pragmatic and hands-on to make things happen
· Exceptional process and journey mapping
· Excellent interpersonal, influencing and collaboration skills
