This role focuses on user support, issue resolution, vendor coordination, and ensuring seamless functioning of TPM tools like Xtel integrated with enterprise systems (SAP, GCP).Key Responsibilities (Accountabilities)Manage user support intake: log, categorize, prioritize, and route issues/enhancementsGather complete issue details for effective troubleshooting and reproducibilityCoordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive timely resolutionTrack progress, dependencies, SLAs, and escalate when requiredValidate fixes and enhancements through UAT and business scenario testingEnsure resolution meets acceptance criteria before closureCommunicate updates and closures clearly to users and stakeholdersMaintain knowledge base for recurring issues and solutionsIdentify trends and recurring issues; drive root-cause improvementsContribute to Agile workstreams (user stories, tasks, enhancements)Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree (mandatory)Understanding of FMCG trade processes (planning, execution, settlement)Experience with TPM/TPO tools (SAP TPM, Kantar Xtel, or similar)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to manage multiple tickets/issues simultaneouslyStrong communication skills (written & verbal)Experience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in Business ManagementExperience supporting global/multi-market environmentsKnowledge of system integrations (SAP modules, reporting/analytics tools)Exposure to trade planning processes and CBP fundamentals COMPANY OVERVIEWWe exist to make food the world loves.
