Onboarding
A structured induction program will help you quickly find your feet at dSPACE. You will get to know the company, the departments, and your communication points. In the first few weeks, you will be accompanied by a mentor who will help you to settle in. They are available to answer your questions.
oneSPACE - our intranet
There's a lot going on at dSPACE – you'll never get bored with us. Everyone in the team has access to all important information. Our intranet, oneSPACE, provides information about the latest news from the company, overviews of our departments, projects, and much more.
Info day
The management regularly provides information on strategic topics, news, and changes. These information days take place at the main site in Paderborn, are broadcast live, and then recorded in English and made available on the intranet.
Women@dSPACE
We live diversity – every day. We have set up the Women@dSPACE network so that our female colleagues can network even more closely. Our aim is to promote the potential of our female employees and to encourage women in particular to network, inspire, and support each other.
