Over several weeks, our prospective Cat C drivers take part in a structured programme of learning and assessment, designed to fully equip them with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to launch their new career. Practical training consists of the below as a minimum and will be adjusted to suit the learners’ requirements:

  • Basic and advanced stops & starts
  • Roundabout negotiation

  • Final DVSA Practical Test

Cat C+E driver programme

By this stage, you’ll already have many of the core skills we value in our LGV drivers — so progressing to Cat C+E is well within reach from the outset.

All that’s required is a one-week intensive training course, delivered by one of our expert Evri Driving Instructors at a local Driving Academy site.

Once you’re fully qualified, you’ll be guaranteed an interview for a driving position with Evri. We believe in nurturing talent — and we never let great potential go to waste.
