Clean driving record and ability to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles

Ability to work independently and remain composed under pressure

Ability to stand for extended periods, walk stairs or ramps, and enter/exit vehicles easily

Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs

Good vision and hearing with flexible schedule availability
What You’ll Do
-
Arrive on time and in proper attire and maintain a clean driving record at all times
-
Greet residents and guests upon arrival and departure and address them formally unless directed otherwise
-
Open doors and assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles
-
Assist with luggage, groceries, packages, and other items and deliver to resident units when needed
-
Confirm destinations and routes with passengers and utilize GPS prior to transport
-
Maintain safe driving practices at all times, keeping both hands on the steering wheel and no music while driving
-
Ensure vehicles are clean and equipped with necessary amenities prior to service
-
Conduct inspections of vehicles before and after use and document any existing damage
-
Report any vehicle damage or expenses immediately to management
-
Maintain an organized flow of traffic in the driveway and ensure vehicles do not block entry or exit
-
Conduct routine patrols of the garage and driveway areas and remain alert for unusual activity
-
Assist with screening non-resident guests and confirm access with the front desk when necessary
-
Communicate resident or guest needs with other staff and departments as needed
-
Receive shift pass-down information and inspect vehicles during shift turnover
-
Take breaks during slower periods and notify the front desk when leaving or returning
-
Follow all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned
