We're now looking for a Class 1 HGV Driver to play a key role ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently, delivering goods safely and on time.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Always drive safely and compliantly.
  • Be legally compliant to the working time directive and EU Driving hours legislation.
  • Maintain regular contact with the transport team.
  • Always comply with local legislation requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • To represent DHL in a professional manner to customers and always provide excellent customer service.
  • Regular completion of vehicle checks.
  • Manual Handling of Customer Products.
  • Timely and efficient completion of deliveries and transportation.
  • To undergo regular training and driving assessments

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Valid HGV License C+E (Class 1)
  • Driver CPC certification
  • Ability to move product in line with H&S regulation
  • Previous experience of driving an artic truck 
  • Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
  • Ability to read, understand and follow directions / instructions
  • Knowledge of EU driving regulations and geographical area
