About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Dozer Operator to work in a busy quarry environment in St Albans. The role involves operating 20-tonne CAT or Komatsu dozers, supporting material movement, grading, and general site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate 20T dozers (CAT/Komatsu) safely and efficiently
- Carry out grading, levelling, and material pushing
- Maintain haul roads and working areas within the quarry
- Work closely with site teams and other plant operators
- Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects
- Follow all site health & safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Valid CPCS or NPORS card (Dozer)
- MP Connect Card
- Proven experience operating 20T dozers (CAT or Komatsu preferred)
- Previous quarry experience is highly desirable
- Good understanding of site safety and machine operation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
