Role Overview:
The Doorman will be responsible for offering a first-class welcome to all guests, assisting with their arrival and departure, and ensuring a safe and secure entrance to the ICC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they arrive and depart.

• Assist guests with their luggage and direct them to appropriate locations within the venue.

• Maintain security and safety at the venue’s entrance, checking for potential hazards.

• Offer information about events, services, and facilities within the ICC.

• Ensure the entrance is always clean and organized.

• Manage crowd flow during busy periods and ensure smooth entry and exit.
