Documentary Trade Operator, AS
- Handling Import, Export, Bank Guarantees, Domestic and other Trade transactions
- Addressing queries on Trade Transactions across all products.
- Handling FEMA compliance for transactions in line with Local and Intl guidelines
- Manage desk independently & ensure work life balance.
- Ensure that transactions processed as per Standard Operating procedures and highlight any procedural modifications wherever required.
- To ensure that transactions processed within specified TAT.
- Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and compliance aspects.
- Knowledge on various regulations connected with Trade Finance Operations
- Clean Desk Policy to be adhered to

Your skills and experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Word is a must.
- Good communication skills, oral and written.
- Ability to take initiative and coordinate with all stakeholders (Business, Internal stake holders & Regional teams).
- Problem solving attitude and resolving conflicting situations.
- Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and accuracy in pressure situations.
- A customer and service orientation to ensure that outcomes are achieved in line with the organization s expectations.
Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor s Degree from a Reputed Institute in India or Abroad
