Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities
- Validate and screen documents received from clients for opening accounts
- Follow up with clients in case of any pending documents
- Registered mail delivery support
- Assist with the account opening processing
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Native fluency in Japanese is a must (both reading and writing), as well as typing in Japanese. Basic English with reading and writing.
