Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Validate and screen documents received from clients for opening accounts
  • Follow up with clients in case of any pending documents
  • Registered mail delivery support
  • Assist with the account opening processing

 Skills: 

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Native fluency in Japanese is a must (both reading and writing), as well as typing in Japanese. Basic English with reading and writing.
