We are seeking an Associate Chiropractor who wants more than just a job. We are looking for someone who wants to become exceptional at chiropractic care while learning inside an established and successful practice.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary range: $75,000-$100,000
Bonus / Incentive Structure:After base they get a % of what they see of other Doctors patients
Estimated First-Year Earnings: $75,000-$120,000
Benefits (if applicable):
•Malpractice paid 1st year
•State Association Dues paid 1st year
The Opportunity
You will deliver high-quality chiropractic care while supporting the clinical flow and philosophy of the practice. Patients come to Koca Chiropractic for clarity, confidence, and results, and the associate doctor plays a key role in maintaining that standard.

• Performing confident, high-quality chiropractic adjustments
• Communicating clear care recommendations and treatment plans
• Supporting an efficient, high-volume clinical environment
• Contributing to a professional, patient-focused practice culture
The office operates with proven systems and a strong patient base, allowing doctors to focus on delivering excellent care and improving their clinical skills.
