Divisional Head (Europe IT Infrastucture)
Purpose of the Job : As the Divisional Head – Europe IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing, supporting, and transforming the IT landscape of Hungary plant and all European offices to drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and Industry 4.0 initiatives. You will work closely with plant operations, engineering, and corporate IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and innovative IT solutions that enable the plant to meet its production, quality, and sustainability goals. Major Responsibilities : IT Operations Infrastructure Manage day-to-day IT operations at the plant and all Europe offices including servers, networks, desktops, industrial PCs, HMIs, SCADA, PLCs, and related infrastructure. Ensure high availability, cybersecurity, and compliance of all plant and offices IT and OT (Operational Technology) systems. Overall responsibility for Digital Manufacturing end to end programs using our methodology/ SDLC framework and people New-Age Technology Implementation Drive digital transformation projects with digital teams such as IoT sensor deployment, predictive maintenance, digital twins, and smart factory initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and scale Industry 4.0 technologies and smart manufacturing solutions. Support integration of AI/ML models for quality control, process optimization, and energy management. Project Management Vendor Coordination Plan and execute IT/OT projects within budgets and timelines. Manage external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners. Compliance, Cybersecurity Safety Enforce IT security policies and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations. Conduct regular risk assessments and implement measures for cyber resilience of OT systems. People Stakeholder Management Provide technical guidance to plant and offices IT support staff. Act as the single point of contact for IT at the plant location. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 12-14 years of IT experience with experience in a manufacturing/plant environment. Technical skills: Hands-on knowledge of industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES) Networking, cybersecurity, and industrial protocols (OPC UA, MQTT) Experience with IoT platforms, sensor integration, and data acquisition. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and industrial data analytics tools. Knowledge of cloud technologies and edge computing is a plus. Certified ITIL, PMP is a plus Soft skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Good understanding of both IT and OT environments. Strong Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
