Distribution Team Member - SDC Location - Day Shift
Work in a positive environment full of people who are inquisitive and focused on continuous improvement. Team Members work daily to meet efficiency, delivery, and quality goals. Team Members often stand most of the day performing tasks such as receiving freight, picking orders for shipment. This involves a fair amount of dexterity and hand eye coordination, as well as hand strength. Team members who have a positive attitude and a "How can I help mentality?" tend to make friends who become family and find longevity in their career with O.C. Tanner.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to read, write and speak English & must have sound judgment and excellent grammar skills
Must be able to stand/move for entire shift
Ability to communicate with varying personality types
Must be detail & quality oriented
Ability to learn various types of material equipment (Forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory programs)
Must have good hand-eye coordination
Lifting is required 50lbs regularly
Must have good attendance, must be dependable
Must be a team player (flexible, willing to learn many tasks/skills within a team)
Must be self-motivated
Computer & Technology skills required
Good manual dexterity
*Shift will be from 6:00 a.m. -- 2:30 p.m. Mon - Fri
