WHOOP Labs is the central research organization at WHOOP, supporting both in-person and distributed research across product, R&D, and clinical initiatives. As the Distributed and Quantitative Research Specialist, you will be a key contributor within WHOOP Labs, supporting the growing demand for surveys, intervention studies, and other remote research initiatives through Digital WHOOP Labs (DWL). This role sits at the intersection of research execution and research operations, with a strong focus on enabling high-quality, scalable studies for stakeholders across WHOOP. This position reports to a Senior Human Factors Manager and is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on research execution, stakeholder collaboration, and building rigor into large-scale distributed studies. This is a W-2, Temporary role through the remainder of 2026, with an hourly pay range of $34 - $36. Candidates must be prepared to work in person at WHOOP Labs in Boston, MA 5 days each week.
