Deliver an end-to-end value chain across every user touch point for our [SBG] businesses, using well established human-centered design principles to ensure Honeywell products and solutions are the most useful, usable and desirable products in the marketplace. study with Global and local partner, design and optimize China local innovation framework. Always Hungry for exposure to new technologies and key customers, encourages experimentation and embraces diverse perspectives, but also could overall deliver strong innovation roadmap and better customer experience.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE:
▪ master’s degree
▪ English oral communication

▪ Extremely curious about new technology & customer, and exciting to direct communicate with customer and pear teams to brainstorm new ideas.
▪ Strong personal hands-on capability, encourages experimentation and embraces diverse perspectives
▪ Ability of quickly identify customer pain points through Visit or meeting, and propose comprehensive solutions
▪ Experience with observational user research, ethnography, insighting and synthesis
▪ Proficient user experience design skills (customer journey map, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design)
▪ Self-motivated leader and demonstrated ability to drive change
▪ An eye for the larger picture and bringing new innovations
▪ Experience with building management systems, Data center system, or control system are plus
