Director, Security Business
職務目的（Job Purpose)
TD SYNNEX JapanのBroadcomビジネス（Software OEM領域）の成長を牽引し、売上・利益・更新率・アップセル/クロスセル拡大を達成する。社内外のステークホルダーと連携し、日本市場に適したオペレーションとGo-To-Market（GTM）を構築する。
主な職責（Key Responsibilities）
1. 事業戦略・計画の策定
日本市場におけるBroadcom Software OEMビジネスの中期戦略と年間事業計画を策定
本社TSO（（TD SYNNEX Software OEM））チームのグローバル戦略をローカライズし、日本市場へ最適化
売上、粗利、更新率、サービス売上など主要KPIを達成するための戦略を策定
2. 営業・GTMの推進
既存パートナーやエンドユーザー企業に向けた営業戦略の立案・実行
新規顧客開拓、アップセル／クロスセル施策の推進
マーケティングと連携し、キャンペーン・イベント施策を実行
主要案件のレビュー、パイプライン管理、フォーキャスト責任
3. パートナーリレーション管理（Broadcom含む）
Broadcom Japanとの窓口として、商談、レビュー、QBRに参加
目標・アクションプランの整合、ビジネスチャンスの共同開発
パートナー企業（リセラー、サービスパートナー）との関係強化
4. チームマネジメント
営業・オペレーション・プリセールス（必要に応じて）の少人数チームをリード
メンバー育成、評価、目標設定
コラボレーション／アカウンタビリティの文化醸成
5. オペレーション管理
見積〜受注〜更新までのプロセスのスムーズな運用管理
オペレーションチームと連携し、SLA遵守・顧客満足度向上をリード
Broadcomの販売要件やコンプライアンス対応
6. 財務管理
事業のP/L責任（Directorは「貢献利益」レベル、Senior Directorは「部門P/L」レベル）
費用管理・投資判断
売上と粗利の精度高い予実管理
7. クロスファンクション連携
グローバルTSO、本社ソフトウェア部門、営業本部、マーケティング、フィナンス、オペレーションと密に連携
日本市場の情報を本社へフィードバック
必要なスキル・経験（Requirements)
必須（Must)
業界問わず事業責任者の経験５年以上、もしくはIT・ソフトウェア業界での営業、プロダクトマーケティング、経営企画の経験10年以上）
チームマネジメント経験（10名以上）
エンタープライズビジネスおよびパートナービジネスの理解
英語でのメール・会議でのコミュニケーション（ビジネスレベル）
グローバル企業でのレポーティング経験
歓迎（Nice to Have）
サイバーセキュリティ領域での経験
SaaS（サブスクリプション/リカーリング）ビジネスの経験
複数の職種経験
