JOB TITLE: Director Product Management LOCATION: Bangalore JOB SUMMARY: As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for retaining, renewals, and increasing revenue from existing subscribes of JioHotstar, alongwith the payment charter. You will establish a clear vision, create a roadmap for success, and nurture a high-performing product organization focused on innovation and customer satisfaction. The goal is to build a user insight platform, develop a subscriber lifecycle management platform, and scale retention & upgrade interventions via ML/AI during various user journey touchpoints to retain them better, and increase ARPU via upgrades, add-ons, and other monetisation opportunities. Further, in this role you will also owning improving the payment conversion funnel, auto-debit metrics, and reducing cancellations. This role involves overseeing a dynamic team of product managers and providing strategic direction to a cross-functional group of engineers, designers, data scientists, and specialists. The team drives sophisticated churn management strategies, leveraging advanced analytics, AI/ML tech and customer insights to anticipate at-risk members, personalize retention efforts, and continually enhance user satisfaction.
