Job Description Summary

Overview

Cardholder Services is a key part of Core Consumer Products driving product differentiation and shareholder value. The team is responsible for developing and scaling products that are a critical part of Mastercard’s Customer Value Proposition. They drive significant revenue and differentiation for the Company.
This role will provide subject matter expertise and support for CHS product suite.

Role

• Continuously identify opportunities for new product features, extensions and enhancements to support different market segments and meet customer needs.

• Provide thought leadership on competition, industry trends, product functionality, and the evolution of tools and strategies for potential improvements to the platform.

• Ensure seamless platform releases from all aspects of product deployment including high impact and differentiated product positioning, sales support, messaging, launch strategy and market segmentation to drive optimum growth.

• Provide product expertise for internal and external sales and customer interactions, as necessary.


All About You

• Extensive background in product development lifecycle delivery; demonstrated experience in developing innovative segment and product solutions

• Demonstrated experience quickly understanding, utilizing and evangelizing new technology

• Superior customer communication skills; excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive to desired results with passion, ambition and aptitude.

• Self-motivated, thrives in the ambiguity that comes with a lean and agile team at the forefront of an evolving space.

• Expertise in product feature management, product development or business development, ideally in card payments, mobile payments, ecommerce and/or banking; merchant acceptance background is a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology or analytical field, or equivalent work experience
