Director of Solution Delivery

As Director of Solution Delivery, you will take full end-to-end responsibility for the development and delivery of cutting-edge XR software solutions for global leaders in the life sciences sector. As a hands-on leader reporting directly to the CEO, you will drive operational excellence across our delivery teams, ensure the highest quality standards, and play a key role in scaling our delivery capabilities.   You will lead and mentor a growing team of Senior Solution Delivery Managers. As a hands-on leader, you will own delivery excellence and the project management function (PMO), ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards within a scalable and reliable framework. In this capacity, you will combine strategic direction with operational guidance, ensuring that our delivery function operates effectively, scales for the future, and remains fully aligned with business objectives.
