Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience, preferably within a Hilton-branded environment.
  • Pre-Opening experience
  • Proven success driving revenue growth across Group, Corporate, and Leisure segments.
  • Strong understanding of dual-brand strategy and extended-stay dynamics preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Active involvement in local business or hospitality organizations is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Hilton sales systems (OnQ, Delphi, CRM platforms) preferred.
