* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share across key segments including MICE, leisure, and corporate.
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
* Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with key partners, agencies, and MICE clients.
* Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize strategies and achieve revenue targets.
* Work closely with revenue management, marketing, and operations teams to maximize commercial performance.

* 3–5 years in a leadership role, preferably with a 5-star international chain 
* Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing key market segments, particularly MICE and international markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
