Our client, a SaaS company in the legal tech space, is seeking a Field Sales Director to join their growing team. This role will involve leading a team of BDRs and sales executives, while managing pipelines, forecasting revenues, and conducting field rides with team members as needed.

Term: Full Time

Location: Remote (must be based on US west coast - travel will be required)

Compensation: $175k base, 50/50 OTE split

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of SaaS sales experience
  • 4+ years of sales team leadership
  • Experience selling legal SaaS tools is a major plus
  • MEDPICC training is a plus
  • Able to travel regionally as needed
