Position Overview The Director of Project Management will build, lead, and scale the Nevados Project Management function. Reporting to the COO, this role is responsible for establishing best practices, developing standardized processes, and leading a high-performing team responsible for delivering successful project execution from contract award through commissioning and ongoing operations.  This leader will work cross-functionally across Engineering, Sales, Finance, Software, and Supply Chain to ensure the seamless installation and performance of the Nevados tracker solution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.  The role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, including project governance, budget tracking, labor management, and cross-functional coordination. The Director will oversee the Construction Management, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and Field Technician teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and meet performance expectations.  We are seeking an experienced leader who can refine and scale project management processes while mentoring and developing a growing team. The Project Management team serves as the primary point of contact for customers during project execution and is responsible for driving results aligned with company objectives and customer expectations.
