Director of Procurement

The Director of Procurement will own all direct and indirect procurement activities for Insomnia Cookies, leading strategic sourcing, supplier management, and purchasing execution across ingredients, packaging, equipment, fixtures, and services. This role is critical to enabling cost optimization, supply assurance, and scalable vendor partnerships as we grow.  This role will report to the VP of Supply Chain & Procurement. At the outset, this role will not have direct reports but will be tasked with building out a high-performing procurement team over time. The Director will establish foundational processes, tools, and supplier strategies that will serve as the basis for future team expansion. This leader will own key elements of the sourcing and contract management process and collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, R&D (Cookievation), Finance, Real Estate and Operations to ensure supplier strategies align with business goals.   Sweet Position Perks: • 4 day work week!!
