Cloudinary’s Strategy & Operations team exists to turn strategy into action ensuring the company executes with focus, speed and real impact. As we enter the next stage of Cloudinary’s growth, we’re hiring a Director of Operations who can help accelerate the work that truly matters. In this role, you’ll support some of the company’s highest‑impact priorities from internal AI initiatives to helping teams shape, build and launch new products. You’ll gain broad exposure to senior leaders, play a central role in how decisions turn into outcomes, and make a visible impact across multiple functions. This is an individual contributor role within a small, high‑trust team. You won’t directly own most initiatives instead, you’ll strengthen execution by clarifying goals, enabling project owners, unblocking progress and providing hands‑on support when needed. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments, builds trust quickly, and is motivated by driving tangible, business‑critical results.
