Director of Operations

The Director of Operations provides leadership, direction and supervision to ensure best practices and high standards in animal sheltering and customer service. This includes oversight of day-to-day operations of animal care, enrichment, medical care, and programs, ensuring communication flows smoothly. The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring that all team members provide a professional service and meet or exceed standards and protocols set. This position will model the core values of Stray Cat Alliance and drive continuous improvements, with a strong focus on excellent customer service and best practices in animal welfare and care.

Stray Cat Alliance is a leading nonprofit dedicated to ending cat homelessness and cruelty through spay/neuter services, trap-neuter-return (TNR), adoptions, medical and wellness care, and shelter support. This is a full-time, exempt position based primarily in South Los Angeles.
