Accountabilities:
Lead the overall US marketing strategy, ensuring alignment between global brand direction and local market execution while driving measurable growth across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Own and evolve the US marketing roadmap, including brand positioning, performance marketing, content strategy, and lifecycle initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and data-driven execution.
- Partner with global leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing strategy with broader business and GTM objectives.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and optimize spend across channels to maximize ROI and growth efficiency.
- Translate market insights, consumer trends, and performance data into actionable strategies and campaign improvements.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling while adapting messaging to resonate with US audiences and cultural nuances.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, ideally within tech, SaaS, or two-sided marketplace businesses.
- Proven ability to design and execute growth-focused marketing strategies in the US market.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience leading and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience using insights to guide decision-making.
