About the Role Trust & Safety is foundational to Hinge’s mission of helping people find meaningful connections. We are looking for a Director of Engineering to lead the organization responsible for protecting our community and enabling safe, authentic experiences. You will oversee engineers (including managers) across four product teams, partnering closely with Product, AI/ML, and Data to set strategy and ensure organizational health. A key component of this role is outward-facing leadership: building partnerships across Match Group and the broader industry to anticipate trends and invest in future-proof capabilities.
